El caballo entrenado en España, As de Trebol, 4º en Meydan en el premio Longines Saint Imier Collection, premio dotado con 120.000 $ sobre la distancia de 1.400 mts.

As de Trebol, preparado por el español Mauri Delcher y montado por otro español, Borja Fayos, ha tenido una salida espectacular, situándose en cabeza desde el primer momento. Su rápida salida solo ha sido seguida por uno de los 16 participantes y así se ha desarrollado la carrera hasta la recta final. En ella, su jinete Borja Fayos, le ha solicitado y As de Trebol se ha distanciado unos 7/8 cuerpos del resto; parecía que podía ganar y todos los aficionados españoles que seguíamos en directo la carrera desde este blog, nos emocionamos con ello.

Al final el tordo se ha visto superado por 2 de los participantes, Time Prisioner y Regal Parade y, en el último centímetro, se vio superado también por  Yaa Wayl.

Extraordinaria carrera de nuestro campeón que nos ha dejado muy satisfecho. Enhorabuena a todos los responsables de la cuadra así como a sus propietarios, la Cuadra Chicago.
